When am i eligible for a refund?
You are eligible for a full cash refund only on order cancellation.Please read the Cancellation related FAQ to know about our cancellation policy.
How can i return or exchange an item?
Since most of our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept product returns or exchanges, or entertain refunds. However please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your reason for requesting a return/exchange/refund so that we can improve our customer experience for future orders.
I haven’t received my order yet, what do i do?
Unless indicated differently on the product page, the standard delivery time for our products is 2 – 6 working days. If your parcel has not arrived within 6 working days, we kindly ask you to allow a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays. If you have still not received your order after allowing a few extra days please contact us by clicking here.
Please use your Order Id as reference in all your communications with us, be in email or call.
How long does it take make my order?
Since most of our products are personalised and made to order, the making time however differs from product to product. Details of which can be found on the product page itself.
How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
Unless indicated differently on the product page, the standard global delivery time for our products is 2 – 6 working days once the product is ready.
On cancellation of my order, when can I expect a refund?
Expect a refund within 24 hours of cancellation. However, the bank also determines the interval.
When & how can i cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled up until the order has been processed. If the processing of an order has already started, it is not eligible for cancellation or a refund. You can check the status of the order from your “My Accounts” to know if processing has started or not.
You can cancel eligible orders by dropping us an email at email@example.com from your registered email id using your Order Id as reference.
How do i check the current status of my orders?
You can log into your account from “My Accounts” and view the status of all your orders.

How do i place an order?
Ordering at thekitschbox.com is easy.Placing your first order at thekitschbox? Just create a Kitsch Box account, select the items you want to buy, click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add them to you shopping cart, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are done. Which payment options do you offer?
We offer payment via PayTM and Direct Bank Account Transfer.
